Membership Payment Terms
By purchasing a membership with Wilmington Table Tennis Academy (WTTA), you agree to the following terms:

Membership fees must be paid in full prior to participation.

Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member(s).

Monthly memberships renew every 30 days from the original purchase date unless otherwise stated.

Yearly memberships are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

Family memberships cover up to four members.

All membership payments are non-refundable.

Missed sessions, unused time, or absences will not be refunded or credited.

WTTA reserves the right to update membership pricing, schedules, and policies at any time.

Members are expected to follow all WTTA rules and facility guidelines. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
By participating in WTTA activities, members acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Waiver & Media
Release Agreement
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Participation in table tennis activities involves physical activity and may carry inherent risks, including but not limited to minor injury, serious injury, illness, or property damage.
By participating in WTTA activities, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release and hold harmless Wilmington Table Tennis Academy (WTTA), its owners, staff, volunteers, affiliates, and facility partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from participation.
Rules & Payment Policy
Participants agree to follow all facility rules and instructions provided by WTTA staff.
Payment is required prior to participation. Failure to submit payment may result in denial of play.
All payments are final and non-refundable.
Media Release
By participating in WTTA activities, you acknowledge that photos and videos may occasionally be taken for social media, website content, promotional materials, and marketing purposes.
WTTA will make reasonable efforts to respect any participant requests regarding media usage; however, participation in group activities may result in incidental appearance in photos or videos.
Minor Participants
For participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian agrees to these terms on behalf of the minor participant. By purchasing a membership, submitting payment, or participating in WTTA activities, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Waiver & Media Release Agreement.
